Who we are

Let’s keep saying “we”, but (for now), it me. Ben Crowley. I came up through the nontraditional sports of yoga ( yes I just called yoga a sport, I don’t know if I stand by that), Muay Thai, and snowboarding. I’m not a retired pro, or twenty years old. That gives me a real understanding of what it takes to become physically capable as a grown up.

What I’ve found for myself, and my clients, is that consistency is the main agent of positive change. And that, is accomplished by training towards what your body can do, more than how it looks.

We ( you and me) use anything and everything, that you like doing, and want to try again.

Calisthenics, weights, crawling/movement, plyo/jump training, and yes, of course, boxing, Muay Thai and yoga. We are always looking to have mobility, strength, and conditioning come together, and leave you feeling just a little better than before you came in.
